Your bcns Connect fee keeps your tools connected and your data current. It covers hosting, backups, security patches, bug fixes and support. A Deluxe build adds its own monthly fee to cover the same care for what we built you.
bcns Connect gets your business ready for AI. Whether to use it is up to you. Some of our Deluxe builds use AI, but only when it is actually the right tool for the job.
You are free to cancel any time. Your access continues for 30 days after you cancel, then the service ends; you can request an export of your data any time before it is deleted, about 60 days after you cancel.

By card, through Stripe. Sign up, pay $50 a month, and your workspace opens right away. If a payment ever fails, your workspace stays open for a month while you update your card. If you added bcns Connect from the Shopify App Store, Shopify bills you instead, so you're never charged twice.
