Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your bcns Connect data, then ask plain questions like which customers ordered most this month. They can only read your data. They never change it.

Ask about your orders, money, customers, messages and files. The answer comes from your own organized data, not a guess.
- Read only
Claude and ChatGPT can look, but they can never edit, send or delete anything in your tools.
- You stay in control
Customer email addresses stay hidden unless you switch on sharing in your bcns account. You can remove the connection whenever you like.
Before you start
You need a bcns Connect account with at least one of your tools connected. Connect is $50/month, no setup fee.
Your connector address
Claude and ChatGPT both ask for this address when you add bcns. Copy it exactly.

If your Claude plan supports custom connectors, it takes about a minute.
- Open Claude and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Name it bcns and paste the connector address from above.
- Sign in with your bcns Connect account when asked, then approve.
- Start a new chat and ask something about your business.
On a team plan, the account owner may need to add it first.
Add it in ChatGPT
If your ChatGPT plan supports it, the steps are almost the same.
- Open ChatGPT and go to Settings, then Connectors. If you see Developer mode under Advanced settings, turn it on.
- Choose Create and name it bcns.
- Paste the connector address from above.
- Sign in with your bcns Connect account when asked, then approve.
- In a new chat, pick bcns from the tools menu and ask your question.
Adding your own connector depends on your ChatGPT plan, and these options are still rolling out. If you don't see them yet, email us and we'll help.
